We are seeking full-time or part-time Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants for our Hebron and Colchester offices. We prefer candidates with a few years of experience, but welcome the right person who is ready to grow into a future leader in private practice physical therapy.
Administrative staff process authorizations, manage scheduling, and handle administrative tasks so clinicians can focus on physical therapy.
Full-time schedules are built around 40 hours per week, with options for long and short days or a four-day week.

PT and PTA staff attend a four-course Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist sequence, and PT staff are trained in dry needling. Additional clinical-interest courses are supported.
Full-time team members receive three weeks of PTO per calendar year, available immediately and prorated from the start date, plus seven paid holidays.
Clinical and management pathways can progress from staff and senior roles to program leadership, clinic leadership, and partnership.

Positions of up to 30 hours per week are available in both offices. At 30 hours, prorated PTO, vacation, health, and dental are added.
